1. Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
